Digital calendar for planning, but paper for daily to-do tasks. I even have a waterproof notepad in my shower, best find ever!

If you were a color what color would you be and why?
Hot pink because it's so pretty but also a lot of people avoid it.
Your go-to comfort food to buy and to make?
Taco Bell #7 and 12-piece Cinnabon bites. To make, toasted cheddar, salami, and spinach sandwich with an over-easy egg.

I'm pretty sure I'm tone deaf and can't sing if my life depended on it, but I'm great at timing, lyrics, and I got rhythm and the moves.

Last book you didn’t finish, and last that you did?
I abandoned Why We Sleep because it was getting super sciency and experimental, and I was looking for something more practical. The book I last finished was Sapiens, which was super intense, but well well worth it.
What would you recommend your BFF to drink from 2nd Rule Coffee Co?
Literally everything but if I had to choose the iced maple latte.

English is the third language that I ever learned and became in fluent in. Also I lived in Berlin for a year!

On my last coffee-related trip, I brought home 21-23 bags of coffee. I’m pretty sure I even had to leave behind some of my belongings so I could fit the coffee.

An unusual fact… let’s hear it.
Ok this is really sad but I can not tolerate spice for my life. I can't even take Hot Cheetos; I literally start crying sometimes when I eat them and then I have to stop. I'm trying to boost my tolerance but I guess I just need someone to secretly slip spicy stuff in my food little by little.

I'm not sure if I would BE this color but I always wear really earthy tones, so like dark desaturated greens, browns, and beiges. I work with coffee so dark colors are my best friend.

My brother is actually a Sommelier! I got into coffee and he went into wine, we’re both huge nerds about what we do.

Outside of the coffee cart, where are we finding you?
I tend to pick up random hobbies and take them to their extremes before getting bored of them. I will say coffee is such a bottomless rabbit hole that I am yet to get bored of its science and craft.
